Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)

Multi Jet Fusion technology, by HP,  is one of the latest technologies on the market.

During printing, a binder is applied on a material layer on the particles that will have to be fuse together. Subsequently, a second special liquid agent is applied in the borders, in order to define fine details and smooth surfaces. Finally, the area is exposed to energy that will lead reactions between the agents and the material to create the part.

The most used material is Nylon PA12.
