Starting from a real bobsledding of the Italian national team, is been detected the surfaces that constitute it. With these was carrried out the fluid dynamics simulation of the bobsled run (simulation by the CIFI, University of Udine).
From the results of it, the designer re-modeled the vehicle and carry out the new simulation to the optimization of the model. The same model can be rendered and used for marketing and advertising purposes (catalogs, panels, sponsors research, etc.).
Finally, is been realized the prototype of new model, ready both for advertising purposes, and for tests in wind tunnel (research project of the University of Studies of Udine).
